This Friday was opening day for the Detroit Tigers, and Garry and Chantel had tickets for the Saturday game. As it turned out they had two extra tickets, yay for us!! Brien asked Ian if he wanted to go, but he was in a mood and said no. So Brien asked Avery and she said she would go only if she got to eat a hot dog. She is so funny. So Brien and Avery went to the game with Garry, Chantel and their kids and had a great time. Thanks so much for inviting us Garry and Chantel!!!

Brien and Avery enjoying the game. Brien said we will have to go to a game next time. It is something you just have to see in person. After all we live in a city that has professional teams we have to see them. This has made Brien to really really want to go to Red Wings game. Hockey is much more fun to watch I think.

Good to get in a pro game while you live there. We still haven't done that here and we've been here for almost 7 years. Crazy. Exicted to see you in UT and I would have went for the hot dog too.
